After 15 years in the restaurant industry, Amber Bufkin decided to switch gears from operations to marketing. She landed at Omni Dallas Hotel in July 2015 and has quickly applied her industry years to specific marketing campaigns, helping launch Omni Dallas to greater occupancy year over year. Amber has led these campaigns to drive revenue for the hotel, it’s restaurants and spa plus build community awareness by hosting events like monthly artisan dinners and Sunset Yoga on the Lawn. With her continued drive for results, Amber looks to social media as a daily necessity. Connecting with the locals, as well as Omni Dallas’s targeted market, proves time and time again to be a catalyst of success.
