A 30 year veteran of the travel industry customer experience has always be on the forefront of Greg's work ethic. Greg worked on the front line as a travel agent for over 15 years and has also been an agency owner, a vacation department manager an executive leader of account management growing his department from one account manager to 16. While growing and mentoring his team members Greg also managed several high end accounts ranging from $300 thousand dollars in annual spend to $20 million. These accounts also included assisting several university-higher education travel departments. Greg is now the Vice President of Business Development and Clients Services at Hess Corporate Travel Management in Bountiful, Utah a customer service/experience oriented agency. Greg's philosophy is "new technology today is old technology tomorrow. Customers Service is "new" everyday and without it everything else fails including technology."
