Stacey’s team focuses on creating a seamless customer experience and collecting and sharing the voice of the customer with key stakeholders across multiple brands at Expedia Inc, including Travelocity, Orbitz, ebookers and WOTIF. She has over 20 years of experience in client-side consumer insights and strategy in the automotive, financial services, retail and travel industries. While at Expedia Inc, Stacey and her team have won the Ogilvy Gold Award for Advertising Research, the Loyalty 360 Best Customer Insights in Customer Experience Award and the Research Innovation award from Clarabridge. She serves on the Advisory Board of the A. C. Nielsen Center for Marketing Research at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business, and holds an MA in Applied Social Research from the University of Michigan.
